Approved the 2024 slate of officers:  Chair – Tracy Herold, Vice Chair – Jill Porter

Call to Order:  J. Ramsey called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m.

Approval of previous meeting minutes: 12/21/2023 AC Minutes

                        a. Motion:  L. Oathout moved approval of the 12/21/2023 AC Minutes.  T. Herold seconded.

b. Discussion:  None
c. Vote:  Motion carried.

Action items:

            a. Approve the 2024 slate of Officers:  T. Herold, Chair; J. Porter, Vice Chair

i. Motion: R. Staveness moved approval of the 2024 slate of officers.  M. Warren seconded.
ii. Discussion: None
iii. Vote: Motion Carried.

T. Herold presided over the meeting as the newly elected chair.

Reports of action of committees/workgroups

a. Delivery Committee- Met 12/14/2023.  You may view the action items and details in the minutes of the last meeting online. C. Baumann noted delivery has moved into the Pankratz building!    Administration staff have been helping to sort books. 

b. ILS Committee – Met 2/6/2023.  You may view the action items and details in the minutes of the last meeting online as well as the ILS report. 

c. Technology Committee – Met 12/6/2023.  You may view the action items and details in the minutes of the last meeting online as well as the Technology Report. 
        i. Technology Cost Formula Work Group for 2025: Still recruiting a few more members and need a rep from Wood and Green County.  The first meeting will be next week.

d. Consultants: You may view the report in the documents online. 

e. Library Innovation Subcommittee:   Met 12/12/2023.  You may view the action items and details in the minutes of the last meeting online.  Next meeting is 2/20/24.
