Approved the formation of the AC 2025 Officers Nominations Committee
Approved the recommendation of the 2025 SCLS System Plan to the SCLS Board of Trustees

Call to Order:  J. Porter, V. Chair, called the meeting to order at 10:01 a.m.

Approval of previous meeting minutes: 9/19/2024 AC Minutes

1. Motion:  J. Bergin moved approval of the 9/19/2024 AC Minutes.  R. Staveness seconded.
2. Discussion:  None
3. Vote:  Motion carried.

Action Items:

a. Formation of AC 2025 Officers nominations Committee
R. Staveness, M. Warren, and J. Porter volunteered to serve on the AC 2025 officer nominations committee.

b. Recommendation of 2025 SCLS System Plan to SCLS Board of Trustees

            i. Motion: J. Bergin moved approval of the recommendation of the 2025 SCLS System Plan to the SCLS Board of Trustees.  J. Ramsey seconded.
            ii. Discussion: None
            iii. Vote:  Motion carried.

               a. 2025 Cost Formula Work Group for 2026 Budget – V. Teal Lovely will be reaching out for volunteers to serve on the work group.

5. Library Innovation Subcommittee:  Met 10/8/2024.  You may view the action items and details in the minutes of the last meeting online.
