Codify voting for OverDrive, Advantage and Delivery – M. Van Pelt

Vote OverDrive

1. All SCLS member libraries shall vote annually on their upcoming year’s individual member library fee for OverDrive, OverDrive magazines, and SCLS Advantage using a weighted voting model.

Corollary Vote

2. If a vote is needed to determine the total budget amount for the annual SCLS Advantage fund, it will use the one library – one vote model.

Vote Delivery

3. SCLS member libraries shall vote annually on the upcoming year’s Delivery service fees by using a weighted voting model.
