9:00: Call to Order

9:02: Approval of previous meeting minutes: November 7, 2019

Nan approved the minutes and Kristi seconded. Motion carried.

9:05: Reports:

Kerrie reported on findings regarding financing options for Monona Bank, Bank of Sun Prairie, WI Community Bank (WI Bank and Trust), Board of Commissioners of Public Lands (BCPL)

9:30: Discussion: Developer Interviews 12/5/19 and 12/19/19

Developer Interview Schedule

12/5/19: 9:30-12:30 45 minutes each

1. 9:30 – 10:15 Mataas Partners - Roger Simsiman

2. 10:30 – 11:15 Advantage Osborne, LLC – Michael Osborne + 1

3. 11:30 – 12:15 Keller, Inc - Rob ? and Devin Flanigan

12/19/19: 1-4 pm 45 minutes each

1. 1:00- 1:45 Newcomb Construction – Bret Newcomb

2. 2:00 – 2:45 Cullen Construction - George Cullen

3. 3:00 – 3:45 Vogel Brothers – Pete Szotkowski

All groups were sent the Fast Facts, Square Footage and Building Profile by Zones documents in advance. All were offered tours of HQ and Delivery.

Mark served as the timekeeper for the meeting.

Summary:

We are leaning toward the Design / Build model. If we do decide that we like design / build, we should bring in additional design / build firms to interview.

Review developer presentation information for discussion at January 2020 meeting.
