Call to Order by G. Poulson at 10:45

2. Discussion Items

a. Executive Committee revision

i. Motion by S. Feith to leave section as currently written.  Second by J. Honl

ii. Motion carried

b. Committees revision

i. Motion by J. Honl to add to section   “As a courtesy, non-committee members should notify the committee chairs within a reasonable amount of time in advance of the meeting that they plan to attend.”  Second by T. Walske

ii. Motion carried

c. Other areas that need review – none at this time

d. Timeline of future meetings – will revisit in the spring of 2024.
