2. Approval of previous meeting minutes: May 15, 2024

a. Motion: R. Page moved approval of the May 15 meeting minutes.  T. Campbell seconded.

a. Updates from previous meeting

i. Translating bookmarks into Spanish

1. A. Gannaway submitted most the bookmarks for translation.  They did finish the translation and D. Haeffner is now formatting the translated bookmarks.  After that is done, we will put those on the form for libraries to order. 

b. Update on ILS Evaluation

i. The workgroups compiled questions following the vendor demos.  The answers from the vendors are due at the end of the month.  A. Gannaway sent an email to the workgroup to poll potential dates for the virtual demos with Aspen and Bibliocommons.  These will be recorded for library staff to view if they cannot make the live session.  These vendors will be getting the same checklists as SirsiDynix and Polaris.  We are working on site visits for the fall.  These will be more focused on Circulation and Cataloging for in-person.  We will visit Pewaukee in September and they are using Polaris Leap for Circulation and Cataloging.  We are still working on other site visits.  We may need to schedule virtual site visits for the Technical Services and BlueCloud as it is proving difficult to find libraries who use these within a reasonable distance.  SCLS staff is meeting with vendors about the System Administration portion of both software.

c. Other Bibliovation questions and/or discussion

i. We did have a small Bibliovation upgrade last night.  Hopefully there will not be any issues.
