i. None.
a. Approve 2025 Technology Plan (link)
a. Motion: J. Holmes moved. R. Mader seconded.
b. Discussion: J. Holmes received a question from her cluster about the reference to a stipend “in support of small libraries joining the ILS.” What was that? There are some LSTA funds available for libraries to use for costs associated with joining the shared ILS. The stipend is part of state aid that has been used to offset ongoing costs for small and rural libraries. Pat Garvey asked about the mention of the Center for Internet Security (CIS). A. Hoks explained that SCLS has registered for CIS membership. CIS offers some security services for free that could be valuable to SCLS.
c. Vote: motion carried.

a. Library-owned Adobe software (Acrobat Pro, Creative Suites, Illustrator, Photoshop) can be installed if it fulfills a critical library service.
i. Motion: P. Garvey moved approval to add Adobe to the list of Allowable customizations on the Patron PC Policy. R. Mader seconded.
ii. Discussion: A. Hoks reviewed the policy page. The only suggested change is to add a bullet point for Adobe software. As a reminder, libraries are responsible for buying and maintaining the software. They will need to contact the Help Desk if they want it installed or updated. Currently, MAD has it installed on a few PCs.
iii. Vote:
motion carried.
