Action items

    a.  Review and recommend revisions to the SCLS Employee Handbook.

          i.  M. Nelson moved that using the excisions made, the amended language noted, the attorney comments included, and the edits of the Chair and the Director, the Personnel Committee recommends approval of the updated Handbook for 2025.  Seconded by S. Garcia

          ii.  Vote:  Motion Carried
