a. Updates from previous meeting
i. TV series bookmark
ii. Notifications bookmark
1. The CSS and DIS agreed that the TV series bookmark does not need to be revised. Updates were made to the Holds Notifications bookmark and the updated version is now available. This bookmark was then translated and the Spanish version is now available.
b. Update on ILS Evaluation
i. A. Gannaway updated the ILS Evaluation timeline. The workgroups are meeting to come up with a recommendation for each module. The Discovery Layer group met yesterday. This decision is more complicated because there are 4 options available in addition to Bibliovation (SirsiDynix, Polaris, Aspen, and Bibliocommons). We have requested pricing from the vendors which the lead workgroup will review along with the recommendations from the workgroups. At the March All Directors meeting, we will present the recommendation. Libraries will be asked to vote on this at the May All Directors meeting.
c. Other Bibliovation questions and/or discussion
i. None.
