a. Motion:  T. Campbell moved approval of the January meeting minutes. J. Ineichen seconded.

a. Updates from previous meeting

i. Discussion: none.

b. Meeting format (virtual vs in-person)

i. Discussion: We discuss the meeting format once/year.  The group prefers to meet virtually for now.  We will review this again next year.   

c. Update on ILS Evaluation

i. Discussion: A. Gannaway has updated the ILS Evaluation web page, including the plan.  Tomorrow, the ILS Evaluation Lead Workgroup will be presenting their recommendation at the All Directors Meeting.  Any staff member is welcome to attend the presentation and the session will be recorded for those who can’t attend.  The Directors will then vote on this recommendation at the May 15 All Directors meeting.  ILS Staff will be available to answer any questions libraries have.

d. Other Bibliovation questions and/or discussion

i. Discussion: none.
