a. Discussion: These minutes are not available yet and will have to be approved via email.

a. Review presentation for the March 17 All Directors meeting. (Presenters: Vicki Teal Lovely, Tracie Miller, Tim Drexler, Kathy Wolkoff, Tom Campbell, Eric Norton, Chris Baker, Katrina Linde-Moriarty).

i. Discussion: Tim Drexler was asked for additional data; Item Counts, Bib counts, OCLC numbers.  Tim displayed the reports he ran for this and has them broken down by county.  Please send any feedback to Tim.  J. Porter asked about MFD circulation data for this since they just joined LINKcat.  Is there a way to come up with accurate data for MFD?  C. Weber explained all of the information we have for these reports is what is in Bibliovation for the last three years.  Libraries who joined recently wouldn’t necessarily be represented fully.  ILL information is included in the Circulation statistics because it’s a direct checkout.  MNT asked if any parts of data might get skewed for having incomplete data.  (MNT didn’t join until December 2019.)  This is a relatively small part of circulation compared to other collections.
