1. Call to Order at 11:00 by J. Honl

a. Introduction of guests/visitors:  P. Cox was in attendance

b. Changes/Additions to the Agenda: None

c. Public Comments: None

2. Action Items

a. 6 months review of system director’s 2023 goals.

i. The committee agreed that M. Van Pelt’s performance has remained exceptional and that she has skillfully responded to the numerous on-going challenges of her position.

ii. One area of concentration in the next six months will be the use and distribution of additional money from the state (if it is received) and assuring the financial realities faced by member libraries is included in any discussion.
