Search Committee Minutes

December 12, 2023

Present:  J. Honl, M Nelson, N Foth, S Feith, G Poulson, K Geoden, J Wright, S Lee, L White, S Holland

The meeting was called to order at 1:03 by J. Honl.

N. Foth made a motion to approve the meeting minutes from Nov. 27, 2023.  Seconded by M. Nelson.  The motion passed unanimously

3. J. Wright made a motion to go into Closed Session, Seconded by G. Poulson.  The motion passed unanimously by roll call vote.

    M. Nelson made a motion to return to Open Session, Seconded by J. Wright   The motion passed unanimously

    e.  S Feith made a motion to invite the following candidates for in-person interviews:  Sherry Machones, Shannon Schultz, Jane Jorgenson  Motion seconded by S. Lee.  The motion passed unanimously.

    f.  K. Goeden moved that Committee members would submit  suggestions for interview questions, and essay and presentation topics to J. Honl by Dec. 19, 2023.  The suggestions will be reviewed by J. Honl, L. White and K. Goeden in preparation for the second interviews scheduled for January.  8 and 9, 2024

        Seconded by G. Poulson.  The motion passed unanimously.
