Call to Order at 12:30pm

a.      Introduction of guests/visitors: SCLS staff

b.      Changes/Additions to the Agenda: None

c.       Public Comments: None 

    Action Items:

a.      Discuss candidates:  staff and department coordinator feedback (search committee and SCLS staff)

b.      Discuss candidates:  written essays, interviews, presentations, staff feedback (search committee only)

c.       Evaluate each candidate using 100 point evaluation matrix and discuss evaluations

d.    Motion by Mary Nelson to recommend to the board of trustees that upon discussion the position should be offered to Shannon Shultz pending reference checks. Seconded by Nancy Foth. Motion carried, none opposed.
