2. Approval of previous meeting minutes: December 12, 2023 and January 3, 2024

3. Action Items:

MOTION TO GO INTO CLOSED SESSION (roll call vote suggested) A. Pursuant to §§ 19.85(1) (c) for the purpose of considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility.

Roll call vote to reconvene in closed session:

a. Discuss candidates:  staff and department coordinator feedback (search committee and SCLS staff)

b. Discuss candidates:  written essays, interviews, presentations, staff feedback (search committee only)

c. Evaluate each candidate using 100 point evaluation matrix and discuss evaluations

d. Make final candidate selection to recommend to the full Board of Trustees for approval
