MOTION TO GO INTO CLOSED SESSION (roll call vote suggested) A. Pursuant to §§ 19.85(1) (c) for the purpose of considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility.

Roll call vote to reconvene in closed session:

a. Discuss candidates and virtual interviews (bring your notes)

b. Evaluate each candidate using 0,1,2 method

c. Approve notification to candidates of non-selection

d. Select candidates to participate in the in-person interviews, presentation, and meet-greet session with SCLS staff

MOTION TO RETURN TO OPEN SESSION (roll call vote not suggested)

e. Announcements and/or Action Regarding Closed Session Discussions

f. Select interview questions for in-person interviews

g. Select essay topic using the member survey feedback (to be submitted one week before interview).

h. Select presentation topic using staff survey feedback

i. Confirm interview dates/times (Jan. 8 and 9, 2024) and outline the interview day schedule.
